 'Black Tire' printings:
    Zdub also submitted this quote, attributed to JK
"Since my guide was published, I learned that both black tire printings were done at the same time. The printer ganged up two covers to a sheet. So both are 1st, just two versions."
    'Fat Freddy' pointed out that several printings have 2 versions:
with or without a line/scratch above the title. After he pointed it out,  we found them from the 2nd (white tire) to the 12th (75) printings.
    These examples are from the 2nd printing (white tire).

  Another 1st printing variation:
Gray is a seperate color from black, on this printing.
So when the black is too light, the fire-escape disappears!!
